St. Petersburg Airfest- Albert Whitted Airport in Downtown St. Petersburg will be buzzing with activity Saturday and Sunday — October 21 & 22 — as small planes take to the skies in death-defying aerobatic feats during the St. Petersburg Airfest. Performers will include the Red Baron Pizza Squadron, Jim Leroy, John Mohr, Jim "Fang" Maroney, Patty Wagstaff and Otto the Helicopter... always a favorite of kids! The show, which will salute the military, will also feature a F-15 Strike Eagle demonstration and aircraft displays — including Angel 7 as a tribute to the Blue Angels, WWII aircraft and military vehicles.
